香港視覺藝術評論培育計劃 2018

以獨立藝術機構為本，透過參與由策展人及藝術家帶領的專業導賞、專業藝評人講座及寫作評閱，鼓勵本地視覺藝術評論發展。

 

計劃踏入第二年，計劃將邀請專業藝評人帶領參加者以導賞及師友計劃形式遊走於香港本地舉行的視覺藝術展覽，實地學習鑒賞與評論當代藝術的方法。

 

本計劃與立場新聞合作，在網上平台發表藝評，營造本地視覺藝術評論生態，培育新一代藝術評論人。

 

任何年齡與背景的視覺藝術愛好者一概歡迎參加、無需任何藝術教育背景或經驗。

l    成功報名者將安排於十月至十二月內參與2個由專業視覺藝術工作者／資深藝評人主理的大講堂，及於兩個月內分組跟隨兩位資深藝評人的帶領參與展覽導賞團及進行討論

l   參加者需於計劃期間以視藝日記(Visual Journal)、隨筆及評論形式記錄觀展感受。專業視覺藝術工作者／資深藝評人將評閱文章及提供評語，優秀作品將於立場新聞網上平台刊登

Initiated by an independent, non-profit making contemporary visual art organization, 1a space’s Hong Kong Visual Art Critic Nurturing Programme aims to encourage the development of local visual arts writing through a series of guided tours, talks and writing reviews led by professional art practitioners and art critics.

​

Reaching the 2nd year of the programme, participants can learn through guided tours and mentorship programmes led by professional art practitioners to different exhibition venues in Hong Kong.

​

In collaboration with Stand News, participants’ art review essays will be selected and published on Stand News online platform to raise their awareness of local visual art commentary and to foster a new generation of art critics.

​

Visual arts enthusiasts of all ages and backgrounds are welcomed. 

No art education background or experience is required.

​

Successful applicants will be arranged to attend 2 masterclasses with two professional art practitioners from October to December 2018. Participants will be divided into two groups led by experienced art critics to visit various exhibitions venues in Hong Kong for detailed discussion.

​

Participants are required to record their experience in the form of visual journals, essays, and critiques. The tutors will review and comment on their articles while some of the outstanding pieces will be published on Stand News online platform.
